- PLEASE READ
1. There is no limit to the number
of designs an individual,
group of individuals or organization
may submit to the
charette.
2. URBANTORONTO.ca shall have the right to publish, reproduce,
display or otherwise exhibit all design submissions received.
3. Best efforts will be made to provide proper acknowledgement
to the authors of the submissions in any and all media
where exhibited.
4. Copyright of the design submissions vests/remains
with
the author(s) of the submission.
5. In the sole discretion of URBANTORONTO.ca moderators,
any design submission deemed incomplete, illegal or generally
not in the spirit
of the charette* may be disqualified, deleted or not published.
(*includes satire, jokes, spam, copyright infringement
etc.).
